Position Summary
As Head of Sales – Spain, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence across the Iberian Peninsula. You will lead business development activities, manage key client accounts, and develop a strong sales strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow our sales operations in Spain
  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities (FTL, LTL, multimodal)
  • Develop sales strategy and action plan
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and management teams across Europe
  • Participate in industry events
 
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales 
  • Proven track record in building and managing a client portfolio
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English and Spanish 
  • Ability to work independently and travel within Spain and Europe as needed
